I visited the audiology department to get moulds created for my custom earphones and they were fantastic. Great service and everyone was very friendly and professional, especially Rebecca, the audiologist. She was so lovely, very thorough with the mould taking and hearing tests and explained everything that she was doing. Would definitely recommend using their services!

Amazing service! After weeks of having a loss of hearing and being told false information by medical staff and numerous remedies (all useless)visited these the team at Maggsand within minutes I had my hearing back. Can't thank them enough, wish I could leave six stars.

Mustapha was brilliant. He gave me an honest explanation as to what what was happening to my tired 71 year old eyes. He recommended eye drops which have already made the world of difference in a few hours. Thank you too to the receptionist and x-ray technican who were friendly and very professional.

If you could give 6 stars I would !! I only needed my specs (bought elsewhere) fixed because nose piece had fallen off. From the minute I walked in I was greeted with nicest smiles and nothing was too much for them it seems. They took my glasses and in short time fixed them. No charge and even got polished by what appeared to be one of the bosses ! Customer service at its finest. Shame I live 400 miles away or would use them from now on in. Brilliant.

Maggs Optics provide the best after-sales service I have ever had from any shop, and not just with glasses. I have broken frames, needed help with other matters and all with a smile and prompt service so thank you Paul, Alan, Tina, Anne and everyone else at my favourite shop!
