Rude and, in the main, clueless. Treat tenants with utter contempt. Good luck landlords, because this lot will scare away good tenants.

A bit hopeless! I'm trying to let out my property and they forgot the appointment to come and get it sorted. We waited in all morning on a Saturday and when I called to see where they were they said I hadn't phoned them twice to confirm it, after already phoning them to make the appointment. Didn't realise how much effort it would be to confirm a slot!! Not a good first impression if this would be the standard of service my tenants would be receiving - will be going elsewhere!

Awful, do not rent from here or put your house up for rent with these people. Incompetent, uncaring, inefficient

Friendly staff, cafe clean and tidy,shop well stocked with gifts.

Calling them useless would be a compliment. Neglectful, disinterested is any sort of work and just all round terrible for your mental wellbeing. After 4 long years, I’m finally in a position where I can hopefully burn this bridge and never worry about them again. I am free.

This company was appointed to manage the rental property on our behalf. The staff are incompetent, lazy and spend most of the time "out of office", making it extremely difficult to communicate over issues affecting the property. They also fail to liaise with the tenants effectively. It is frustrating, especially when you are paying for them to provide this service. Suppose you are looking for a rental property or are a landlord looking for a management service. Avoid, take your business elsewhere as the experience dealing with this company has been horrific!

Still waiting for the builder, been over a week now, no phone calls, nothing, need to have a door fitted to the shed to store my stuff safely, dissatisfaction!!
