Thank you ATS Haverfordwest for getting us back on the road ready for a 250 mile journey! We were dreading doing it with a speed limited spare

Went with a flat tyre hoping for a puncture repair, given new tyres no consultation on which tyre brand etc, charged even for blowing it up seems odd would expect this to be included...... End result ok but expensive and felt held to ransom. Lesson being shop around!

I booked my car in for an unexpected MOT at the end of a holiday which unfortunately failed, and the man who served us managed to fit us in to repair it the next day as he knew we were keen to get home with our suitcases in the car. Although he was fully booked the next day he managed to fix my car inbetween jobs and he was so helpful. I didn’t get his name but it was amazing customer service

Extremely rude and unhelpful member of staff. Was told a straight NO to my query. I live on the same street as this business and will never consider bringing my car to them again. I have since found a friendly independent garage to look at my car, who couldn't be more helpful. Would score a zero if I could!

The only reason I didn't give 5stars is lack of customer shelter/seating in cold & inclement weather. Otherwise staff are helpful and jobs done thoroughly & efficiently. I thank them and would return.

Great experience :-) My go to garage in Haverfordwest. Courteous, professional and always happy to help. I lost a socket in my bonnet whilst changing my battery. They went the extra mile and retrieved it, whilst completing an MOT on it. I will definitely keep coming back.

I am a big fan of ATS but on a recent mot they placed two advisory notices on two front brake discs. These discs had been fitted a few months previously and were in excellent condition with no pitting or scoring. Disappointed in the integrity of the tester.

Very impressed with their understanding and hospitality. Being on holiday in Wales they took me in on a moments notice. I’d had a problem with a previous job with a different company and they were more than happy to help. Rectified the problem and sent me on my way. Total professional and great staff. Thanks lads.
